Like many people, my journey into mindfulness and self-compassion began during a time of deep stress, emotional exhaustion, and life transition.
Juggling the demands of career, family, and personal expectations left me feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from myself.
Through mindfulness, meditation, and compassionate self-inquiry, I began to experience a profound shift —
not only in how I handled stress, but in how I related to myself and others.
This personal transformation inspired the creation of Calm Classroom ™ —
a space dedicated to helping individuals and organizations cultivate emotional resilience, mental clarity, and sustainable wellbeing.
I am a certified mindfulness and mental health facilitator and I specialize in
delivering mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience programs for individuals, workplaces, and community groups.
My approach blends evidence-informed practices with warmth, compassion, and practical tools that can be applied in everyday life.
My teaching philosophy is grounded in accessibility, safety, and real-world integration. I believe mindfulness and self-compassion should feel supportive, not overwhelming — practical, not abstract. My goal is to create learning environments that are welcoming, trauma-informed, and deeply human.
