Calm Classroom provides engaging, age-appropriate mental wellness programs that introduce practical tools students 

can use both inside and outside the classroom.


Through mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and resilience-building activities, students learn skills that support lifelong wellbeing.

Mindfulness is more than learning to be still. It is about developing awareness of thoughts, emotions, and experiences so students can respond with greater clarity and confidence.

Programs for Different Age Groups

Elementary Students (Ages 5–10)


Young learners are introduced to mindfulness through engaging activities, stories, movement, breathing exercises, and reflection.

Middle & High School Students (Ages 11–18)
